1xbit Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and 1xbit (hereinafter "1xbit", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at 1xbit.casa.

By accessing the 1xbit website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, or any other market — you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 1xbit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the 1xbit website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 1xbit.casa.
• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotion or loyalty reward, which are subject to separate wagering conditions and are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a real-money stake placed by a Player on a specific outcome across any available market, including sports betting and casino games.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership prior to withdrawal.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to the Platform is expressly restricted by applicable laws or by 1xbit's operating policies.

To register and maintain an Account on 1xbit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 1xbit strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction. We enforce this requirement through KYC verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform on your own accord and accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with any gambling platform or programme at the time of registration.
6. Own Funds: You confirm that funds deposited to your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own.

To register an Account with 1xbit, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact telephone number.

You agree to notify 1xbit promptly of any changes to your registered information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, or at any point where 1xbit determines verification is necessary, you will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC or passport);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow-registered account, or bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable time period following request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. 1xbit will not return deposits to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1xbit supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Minimum deposit is RM 50.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation by the respective payment network. 1xbit is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned to the originating payment method within the standard processing time of the respective network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100;
• Processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method — standard processing is within 24 hours; Gold tier and above may qualify for same-day processing;
• 1xbit reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals, at its sole discretion.

All wagers placed on the 1xbit Platform — including pre-match and in-play sports bets across Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, NBA, and other markets, as well as casino games — are governed by the following general betting rules, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant market page.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is considered accepted and binding only upon 1xbit's confirmation. 1xbit reserves the right to decline, suspend, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where system errors or manifestly incorrect odds are identified.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are published in error at a manifestly incorrect price, 1xbit reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and return stakes to affected Players, regardless of the apparent outcome.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned, all affected pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event and per account per day. Players will be notified of applicable limits upon account review.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds are subject to change and may be suspended without notice. 1xbit accepts no liability for any failure to execute an in-play bet due to connection interruptions on the Player's end.

1xbit offers various bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty incentives to eligible Players. All offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must be distinguished from deposited funds;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Balance;
• Wagering requirements contribute differently across game types — sports bets may contribute at 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate;
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of credit; unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity window;
• A Player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting all applicable conditions;
• 1xbit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer in the event of suspected abuse, breach of these Terms, or where the integrity of a promotion is compromised.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbit Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance (where applicable), and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation during KYC processes;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform in an unsanctioned manner;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display errors, or connectivity issues to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties in casino games or tournaments;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law and where the Player has been notified of such restriction;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting in a manner that constitutes bad-faith exploitation of pricing discrepancies.

All content on the 1xbit Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the intellectual property of 1xbit or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling activities. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1xbit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbit, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Disruptions to service caused by factors beyond 1xbit's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures;
• Any errors in odds, market prices, or game outcomes that were caused by technical malfunction, provided such errors are rectified promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1xbit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1xbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole and reasonable discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following request;
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme;
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant accounts, subject to applicable platform policy.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of any required verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

1xbit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools to support Players in managing their activity. These include:
